Want a product post to sell without you replying to every comment? Send your product link to each person who comments your word, and see who opened it, with a reminder for those who did not.

Someone comments JACKET on your next post and gets the product link by DM, plus one reminder 2 hours later if they have not opened it. Copy the template.
Post one product and ask people to comment JACKET. Inrō answers in public, then sends a DM with a "Show me" button, and a tap delivers your product link. Everyone who opens it goes into a clicked folder, and anyone who has not opened it 2 hours later gets one reminder.

Any comment containing the word JACKET starts the flow, in capitals or not, and the plural counts too, so "Jacket please" and "jackets" both work. A reply under someone else's comment does not start it, and neither does a comment from your own account.
Only one post counts: the first one you publish after the date saved in the trigger. Check that date before you publish: the first item under "What to change" below shows how.
Under the comment, Inrō posts one of three public replies, picked at random: "Sent you the details by DM ✨", "Just sent it to your DMs" or "Check your DMs, it's there". The reply goes up only once the DM has gone out.
The DM is one message with one button: "Want the link to the trail running jacket? Tap below." The button reads "Show me".
Why a tap before the link? Meta's rules for private replies let a business send one message to the person who commented, and the conversation continues once that person responds (Meta for Developers, checked 23 October 2026). The tap is their response, so the product link can follow as the second message. Comment-to-DM flows on Inrō get an 18.6% click rate (Inrō production data), a figure from many accounts and not a promise for this template.
The button waits 6 hours. Nobody who has not tapped by then gets anything more.
A tap on "Show me" is answered by a link card titled "Trail running jacket", with the button "View the product". Inrō records the open, then sends the person on to your page.
The address in the template is an example. You paste your own product page into it (see the setup below). Inrō adds utm_source=instagram and utm_medium=inro_link and keeps the utm_campaign and utm_content you set, so the visits show up in your analytics.
Each person who opens the product link is added to the folder "Trail jacket: clicked", even if they open it after the reminder. Filter your Inrō inbox by that folder and you see everyone who looked at the product, next to their conversation.

Inrō records who opened the link, not who bought. The order happens in your shop, so the folder is your list of people who opened it, and your shop tells you who paid.
Someone who has not opened the link 2 hours later gets one message: "The link is right above whenever you're ready." Someone who opened it in time gets nothing more.
The 2 hours is only the wait before that reminder. The link keeps working after it, so a buyer who comes back the next day still reaches your product page.
The trigger comes set up: comments that contain JACKET, on your next post, top-level comments only, and the flow runs once per person.

Check six things before you go live:
Post your product, ask people to comment a word, and let this template answer with a DM and your product link, the job of Inrō's comment to DM feature. It also files everyone who opens the link in a folder. The guide to selling on Instagram by DM covers the whole method.
They still reach your product page and still join "Trail jacket: clicked". The 2 hours only sets when the reminder goes out.
The flow runs once per person, whichever post the comment is on. To sell another product, copy the template with a new keyword and link.
No. It sends your product link and files whoever opens it. Your shop takes the order and holds the stock count.
