Inrō is the Instagram-native Zorcha alternative for creators, coaches, stores and agencies: an AI agent included in Pro with no AI credit limit, answering from your documents, plus Live, mention and ad triggers and a CRM. Zorcha already replies free; Chatfuel suits WhatsApp, respond.io a multi-channel inbox, LinkDM or CreatorFlow (creatorflow.so) plain comment-to-DM. Prices read 28 October 2026.

Inrō is the pick if you coach, create, sell or manage client accounts on Instagram and want an AI agent that answers from your knowledge base, included on Pro, with a CRM and DM campaigns. If WhatsApp or TikTok matters as much as Instagram, Chatfuel; if your team answers WhatsApp and email too, respond.io; for DM credit packs, LinkDM; for link clicks by city, CreatorFlow (Inrō's AI can find a contact's city instead). Stay on Zorcha if free, unlimited replies are all you need.
How to choose: Zorcha's DMs are free and its AI is metered, in monthly credits that pause the AI when they run out, with a knowledge base listed only on Business. Compare where each tool puts its AI and how it bills it: Inrō includes its AI agent, with a knowledge base, on Pro.
There is little public evidence of why people leave Zorcha: its reviews are few, and we found no forum thread about it. What its own pages show is that sending is free: on 28 October 2026, Zorcha's pricing page listed unlimited automations, DMs and contacts on Free. The AI, and the steps after the first reply, are what Zorcha charges for.
Zorcha's free plan already answers comments, story replies and DM keywords, so an alternative has to add something: an AI that holds the conversation, more channels, a shared inbox, or a different way to pay for volume.
For creators, coaches, stores and agencies, Inrō is the pick built for Instagram: its AI agent, included in Pro, answers from the documents and web pages you give it. Pro is billed by activated contacts, not AI credits, and you can set your own monthly limit. Inrō's Free and Pro plans are on its pricing page, and Inrō vs Zorcha compares the two in detail. Chatfuel, respond.io, LinkDM and CreatorFlow each fit a narrower job, named on their cards.
How we picked them: each tool covers one of those jobs, and each price is quoted from the vendor's pricing or help pages as of 28 October 2026. Where a pricing page would not load, the tool was left off.

Answers from your documents, not an FAQ list
Inrō's AI agent answers in the Instagram DM from the documents and web pages you give it, and it comes with Pro. No charge for up to 100 activated contacts a month on the free plan.
Free plan, no card
Zorcha's free plan is generous. Stay if:
Before you move, read last month's AI replies in Zorcha's conversation history. If the FAQ list missed real questions, see what Inrō's Pro plan includes.
Zorcha's help center explains that when another app replies in an Instagram conversation, that app takes control of the thread and Zorcha cannot send until it gets it back, so leaving Zorcha is a handover, not a period of running both. Settle first on the one tool that will answer from now on: Inrō if your conversations live in Instagram DMs, a multi-channel tool only if WhatsApp or email carries most of them. Then move in this order:
Inrō has one, built for Instagram and for creators, coaches, stores and agencies: Free covers 100 activated contacts a month with no card, 3 active automations and 50 AI Agent credits. LinkDM and CreatorFlow have free plans with a monthly DM limit: 1,000 DMs on LinkDM's pricing page and 500 on CreatorFlow's pricing page, both read on 28 October 2026. Chatfuel and respond.io offer 7-day trials rather than free plans.
For sending, yes. On 28 October 2026, Zorcha's pricing page listed unlimited automations, DMs and contacts on Free. The AI is metered: Free includes 15K AI credits a month, and Zorcha's help center says AI automations pause when a plan's credits run out. Inrō's Free plan covers 100 activated contacts a month; Pro, from €12.99 a month, is metered by activated contacts with no cap by default, and you can set your own monthly limit.
Inrō, Chatfuel and respond.io. Inrō's AI agent answers from your documents and web pages, included in Pro, which starts at €12.99 a month, and you can set your own monthly limit. Chatfuel's AI agent is on every plan, paid from credits (Chatfuel's pricing page, 28 October 2026), and respond.io lists AI Agents from Growth at $199 a month (its pricing page, 28 October 2026). LinkDM's pricing page lists no AI replies, and CreatorFlow's AI agent page says "Coming Soon".
Zorcha says it is a Meta Tech Provider and uses official Meta APIs, on its own verification page (read 28 October 2026). We have not checked that claim with Meta. Inrō is an official Meta Tech Provider and runs on the official Instagram API.
No. Zorcha's help center explains that when another app replies in a conversation, that app takes control of the thread until Zorcha gets it back. Turn Zorcha's automations off before you turn the new tool's on: one auto-DM tool per Instagram account.
