Inrō picks up where a CreatorFlow (creatorflow.so) automation stops, after the first DM: it is the Instagram-native alternative for creators, coaches and stores, with follow-ups, an AI agent and a CRM, billed per contact, not per DM. For Facebook Page replies, which Inrō does not automate, see ReplyRush, LinkDM or Zorcha. Competitor prices checked 28 October 2026.

Pick Inrō, the Instagram-native alternative for creators, coaches and stores, if you want follow-ups, an AI agent and a CRM after the first DM, billed per contact. If a Facebook Page needs replies too, pick ReplyRush or LinkDM; Inrō does not automate it. Stay on CreatorFlow under its free allowance, or for link clicks by country or city: Inrō does not report those, but its AI contact property detection can find a contact's city to filter by.
How to choose: CreatorFlow counts every DM, a repeat commenter's included, and pauses your automations when the month's allowance runs out. Count last month's DMs, then the people who received them: CreatorFlow caps the first number, Inrō Pro meters the second, with no cap by default, and you can set your own monthly limit if you want one.
CreatorFlow is built around one message. CreatorFlow's help center says each automation sends one DM plus one optional step before it, with no drip sequences, no if/then branching and one automation per post (read 28 October 2026). The automation stops at that first DM, whatever the person writes back. In Inrō that first DM opens a flow: it can wait for the reply, follow up with people who did not click, branch on what they said or hand the thread to the AI agent.
The bill counts messages. CreatorFlow's pricing page calls its pricing "flat-rate with no per-contact fees" and caps your DMs: 500 a month on Free, 5,000 per Instagram account on Pro ($15 a month, $12 billed annually). Its help center counts one DM per comment, so a person who comments three times uses three, and at the cap automations pause until the next billing cycle unless you upgrade or buy a DM add-on pack (all checked 28 October 2026). Inrō counts people: a contact counts once a billing period, however many messages follow, and Pro has no cap by default, with a monthly limit you can set yourself.
Other reasons to look elsewhere:
Neither tool messages people outside Instagram: CreatorFlow's AI information page says it does not automate WhatsApp, Facebook DMs, email or SMS (checked 28 October 2026), and Inrō does not reply to Facebook Page comments, Messenger or WhatsApp either. Some reviewers on Trustpilot mention wanting Facebook and TikTok (May 2026) and a support email left unanswered for 8 days (July 2026); CreatorFlow replied in September 2026 that support had moved to in-app chat.
All five tools below answer an Instagram comment with a DM, as CreatorFlow does. They differ in what happens after that DM, and in what you pay for: a message sent, or a person reached.
Inrō is the Instagram-native pick for creators, coaches and stores that want the conversation to go on, with follow-ups, questions and an AI agent in the same thread and a CRM of tags and segments behind it. It counts each activated contact once a billing period; see what Inrō's Free and Pro plans include. For features side by side, read Inrō vs CreatorFlow.
How we picked them: each tool does one narrower job better than CreatorFlow, and each price and limit was taken from that vendor's pricing or help pages on 28 October 2026.

Inrō sends the link DM, then follows up, asks a question or hands over to the AI agent, and counts each contact once a billing period, however many messages follow. The free plan includes 100 activated contacts a month.

Stay on CreatorFlow if:
Disconnecting Instagram in CreatorFlow permanently deletes that workspace's automations, contacts and conversation history, with no way back, says CreatorFlow's help center (28 October 2026), so the order you leave in matters. Choose the one tool that will answer your DMs from now on: Inrō if the conversations happen on Instagram and should go past the first DM, or ReplyRush, LinkDM or Zorcha if a Facebook Page needs the same replies (Inrō does not reply on Facebook Pages). Then:
Yes. Inrō is the Instagram-native one for creators, coaches and stores that want more than a single DM: its free plan covers 100 activated contacts a month (people, not messages), with 3 active automations, 3 DM campaigns and 50 AI Agent credits. If the most DMs for $0 is all you need, on 28 October 2026 Zorcha's pricing page listed unlimited DMs and automations on its free plan, ReplyRush's 1,500 DMs a month and LinkDM's 1,000.
Inrō, the Instagram-native pick, if your DMs should go past the first message: follow-ups, an AI agent and a CRM. A link per comment becomes a comment-to-DM flow, and those flows have an 18.6% click rate, according to Inrō's production data.
Narrower picks: ReplyRush or LinkDM if a Facebook Page needs replies too, which Inrō does not automate; Stan Store for a storefront with checkout, where Inrō sends Shopify or Stripe checkout links in the DM.
Not yet: on 28 October 2026, CreatorFlow's AI agent page was headed "Coming Soon". Inrō's AI agent answers in the DM with the tone and rules you set and hands over to you when needed; Pro includes it, and the free plan comes with 50 AI Agent credits.
Your automations pause until the next billing cycle. On Pro and Growth you can upgrade or buy an add-on pack, from $5 for 1,000 DMs, according to CreatorFlow's add-on guide on 28 October 2026. Inrō Pro counts people rather than DMs and has no cap by default, and you can set your own monthly limit in billing settings.
Not on the same Instagram account: two auto-DM tools can both answer one comment, which is why CreatorFlow's switching guide tells you to switch the old automations off. Export your contacts, switch CreatorFlow off, then turn Inrō on.
