Any campaign, segmentation, data enrichment, or automation contributes to "activating” a contact. Manual actions like sending a DM manually are not considered activations.

Once a contact is activated, you can run any number of automations on them for the month. The quota is set per contact, not per interaction.

Every month, the quota is reset.

When you reach 80% of your quota, Inrō will notify you so you can adjust your plan or your activation strategy. If you exceed your maximum limit, all activations will pause until you add more contacts to your plan or until the monthly limit resets.

In the Free Plan, sharing an account is limited to one user only. However, the Pro Plan allows you to add up to 10 team members, enabling collaboration on campaigns and automations. This means more hands on deck, faster project completion, and better team coordination.

With the Custom Plan, you have complete control over team members. You can include an unlimited number of team members, each with role-based access control (RBAC), ensuring that everyone has the appropriate permissions for their tasks.
