The Inrō Agency Partner Program is designed for agencies that want to offer their clients best-in-class Instagram DM automation and AI funnels using Inrō. As an Agency Partner, you can earn recurring commissions on client subscriptions, access a free agency account, and unlock additional benefits such as co-branding, referrals, and reseller options.

By participating in the Inrō Agency Partner Program, you agree to the terms below.

A. Eligibility & Enrollment

Who can join

The program is intended for:

  • Marketing, growth, and performance agencies
  • Social media, creator and influencer agencies
  • Boutique consultancies and freelancers managing multiple Instagram clients
  • CRM / automation specialists offering funnels, DM flows and AI-driven services

Minimum activity requirements

To qualify and remain in the program, Agency Partners must:

  1. Have at least one client prospect who can use Inrō for the first POC.
  2. Commit to launching their first client POC within 60 days of joining the program.
  3. Maintain at least one active paying Inrō client every quarter.

Approval by Inrō

Joining the Agency Partner Program is subject to review and approval by the Inrō team. Inrō reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion.

Geographical scope

Unless otherwise specified by Inrō, there are no geographical restrictions on joining the program.

B. Program Overview & How It Works

Single agency tier

The Inrō Agency Partner Program uses a single, unified tier for all approved agencies. There are no internal sub-tiers or levels. All Agency Partners who meet the requirements are eligible for the benefits and conditions outlined in these Terms.

Core structure

As an Inrō Agency Partner, you:

  • Use a free, full-featured Inrō account for your own brand, demos, and experimentation.
  • Onboard clients onto Inrō and earn 20% lifetime commission on their subscription revenue (for standard, non-reseller deals)
  • For a risk-free POC, may offer one client a 1-month fully unlocked free trial of Inrō (software cost waived) while you charge and keep your service fees.
  • Can access co-branding, potential referrals, Partner Portal features, and optional reseller and white-label arrangements as described below.

Client association

A client is considered “tied” to your agency for commission and tracking purposes when:

  • They are connected to your agency via a designated referral link, partner tracking setup, or
  • They are associated to your agency inside the Inrō Partner Portal or through explicit confirmation by Inrō.

C. Benefits & Perks

As an approved Inrō Agency Partner, you are eligible for the following benefits, provided you meet and continue to meet the program requirements.

1. 20% lifetime commission on client subscriptions

  • You earn 20% lifetime commission on all subscription revenue from clients tied to your agency, except where the deal is explicitly structured as a reseller arrangement under Section 4.3.
  • “Lifetime” means:
    • You remain an active Agency Partner (meeting ongoing requirements), and
    • The client’s subscription remains active and tied to your agency.

2. Free Inrō account for your agency

You receive a free Inrō account with all features for your own brand, which you can use for:

  • Running your own DM funnels and AI Agent.
  • Demos, experimentation and internal training.

3. Training & resources for agency success

  • You receive onboarding and training with the Inrō Agency Success Team.
  • You gain access to onboarding, trainings, templates and other resources designed to help you sell and deliver Inrō successfully.

4. Risk-free POC trial for one client

  • One client of your choosing gets 1 month of fully unlocked access of Inrō with no software cost.
  • During this month:
    • Inrō waives 100% of the subscription fee for that client.
    • However you are free to charge setup, management or POC fees and keep 100% of that service revenue.
  • This free trial POC must be launched within 60 days of joining the program.

5. Co-branding options (grey label)

  • Where technically possible, we offer co-branding on select client-facing assets, such as:
  • “Powered by Inrō + [Your Agency]” labels.
  • Co-branding usage may be subject to Inrō’s brand guidelines.

6. Inrō Agency Partner badge & website listing

  • You may use the “Inrō Agency Partner” badge in your marketing and materials.
  • You are eligible for a listing on the Inrō website as an official agency partner.

7. Access to the Partner Portal

  • You get access to the Inrō Partner Portal, which includes:
    • Account switching between client workspaces.
    • Basic multi-client dashboard with metrics and reports.
    • Agency-wide template packages for easy replication.
  • The Partner Portal may evolve over time, and Inrō may add, update or remove features at its discretion.

8. Client referrals from Inrō

  • When Inrō users request done-for-you help, Inrō may refer them to Agency Partners based on fit, requirements and availability.
  • Referrals are not guaranteed and are at Inrō’s sole discretion.
  • Any additional commercial arrangements related to such referrals (e.g. service revenue share) can be discussed between Inrō and the agency on a case-by-case basis.

9. Possibility of white-label options

  • Where technically feasible, Inrō may offer white-label or reduced-branding options on select surfaces.
  • Pricing and specific terms for white-label setups will be:
    • Discussed directly between Inrō and the agency.
    • Agreed in writing before implementation.

10. Official Reseller option for annual licenses

  • You may become an Official Reseller for annual Inrō licenses, with:
    • A flat 50% discount on the maximum list price of the annual license.
    • For example, if the list price on the website is €1,800/year, the reseller price is €900/year.
  • Reseller deals:
    • Do not earn the 20% lifetime commission (the discount replaces the commission).
    • Allow you to charge up to the full list price or bundle the license into your services.

11. Support, check-ins & feedback sessions

  • You have access to support from the Agency Success Team
  • Inrō may offer regular check-ins and feedback sessions where you can:
    • Share product feedback.
    • Learn about upcoming improvements relevant to agencies.

D. Commissions & Payouts

Commission scope

The 20% lifetime commission applies only to:

  • Tool subscription revenue from clients tied to your agency, for standard (non-reseller) subscriptions.

It does not apply to:

  • Reseller deals where you receive a 50% discount instead (see Section 4.3).
  • Your own agency’s service / management fees.

Payout schedule

  • Commissions are paid 1 month after the revenue is generated, to accommodate potential refunds or chargebacks.
  • Payouts are only made once you reach a minimum of €100 in unpaid commissions.

Refunds & cancellations

If a client downgrades, cancels or receives a refund:

  • Corresponding commissions will be reduced or reversed from your pending payouts.

If a subscription ends or is no longer tied to your agency:

  • Commission on that subscription ends at the same time.

E. One Client Free Trial (Risk-Free POC)

Eligibility

The free trial credit is valid for one client account, tied to your one client on Inrō as an Agency Partner.

Duration & scope

The free trial covers the first 1 month of that client’s Inrō subscription.

During that month:

  • Inrō covers 100% of the software cost.
  • You may charge any implementation, setup or management fees separately and retain 100% of that revenue.

Timing

  • You must launch this risk-free POC within 60 days of joining the Agency Partner Program.
  • If not used within this timeframe, the free trial credit may expire at Inrō’s discretion.

F. Official Reseller Path (Annual Licenses – 50% Discount)

Reseller discount

As an Official Reseller for annual licenses, you receive:

  • A flat 50% discount on the maximum list price of Inrō’s annual licenses on the website.

Commissions vs. discount

Reseller deals do not earn the 20% lifetime commission.

Instead, your margin is generated by:

  • The difference between the reseller price and the price you charge to the client.

Ways of Usage

  • Charge the client up to the full list price and keep the 50% margin.
  • Offer them a partial discount while still retaining a margin.
  • Bundle the license into a larger service package (e.g. “done-for-you DM automation” retainer).

Service fees

  • You remain free to charge separate service / management fees on top of the license.
  • Inrō does not control or participate in your service pricing.

G. Revenue Streams: Subscriptions vs. Services

For each client, your potential revenue typically includes:

Tool subscription revenue

  1. The Inrō subscription fee paid by the client (monthly or annual).
  2. This is where the 20% lifetime commission (non-reseller deals) or 50% reseller discount (reseller deals) applies.

Service / management revenue

Fees your agency charges to:

  • Set up DM automation and AI funnels.
  • Manage, optimise and iterate on those funnels over time.

These fees are entirely yours to define and keep.

Any further revenue-share or referral-fee arrangements for users referred directly by Inrō can be discussed on a case-by-case basis between you and Inrō.

H. Branding, Co-Branding & White-Label

Use of Inrō branding

  • Any use of Inrō logos, names or assets must respect Inrō’s brand guidelines.
  • You may not misrepresent yourself as an Inrō employee or imply that your agency is owned or operated by Inrō.

Co-branding

When co-branding is offered (e.g. “Powered by Inrō + [Agency]”):

  • It may only be used in the formats and placements permitted by Inrō.
  • Inrō may update or revoke co-branding options at any time.

White-label possibilities

White-label or reduced-branding setups are:

  • Subject to technical feasibility.
  • Subject to specific commercial terms agreed in writing.

I. Fair Use, Misuse & Termination

Fair use

To protect the integrity of the program and the Inrō brand, you agree not to:

  1. Misrepresent Inrō’s features or make false claims.
  2. Use spammy or deceptive tactics to acquire clients.
  3. Engage in fraudulent behaviour (e.g. fake accounts, fake payments).

Termination

Inrō may suspend or terminate your participation in the Agency Partner Program if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
  • You no longer meet the baseline activity requirements (e.g. no active paying clients over time).

Upon termination:

  • Future commissions stop accruing.
  • Any unpaid, legitimately earned commissions up to the date of termination may still be paid at Inrō’s discretion, minus any deductions for refunds or fraud.

J. Program Changes

  • Inrō may update, modify or discontinue parts of the Agency Partner Program (including benefits, commission rates, or eligibility conditions).
  • If significant changes are made, Inrō will make reasonable efforts to notify Agency Partners in advance via email or in-app communication.
  • Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
