Subprocessors

This page lists the third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) engaged by Edgar SAS to support the operation of the Inrō platform (the “Service”).

These Subprocessors may process personal data on behalf of Edgar SAS in accordance with applicable data protection laws and contractual obligations.

1. Infrastructure and Hosting

Heroku (Salesforce, Inc.) Cloud platform used to host application servers and background processing.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Object storage (Amazon S3) for media and file storage.

2. Databases and Storage

Heroku PostgreSQL Primary relational database.
Heroku Redis / OpenRedis Caching, queuing, and background job processing.

3. Artificial Intelligence

OpenAI Processing of message content and contextual data for AI-powered features such as automated responses and analysis.

4. Analytics and Measurement

Mixpanel Product analytics and usage measurement.
Google Analytics Website and usage analytics.
Meta (Facebook) Conversions API Measurement of conversions and interactions.
Reddit Ads Conversion tracking and campaign measurement.

5. Payments

Stripe Payment processing and billing management.

6. Communications and Notifications

Postmark Transactional email delivery.
OneSignal Push notifications.

7. Customer Support

Intercom Customer messaging and support services.

8. Security and Monitoring

Sentry Error tracking and performance monitoring.

9. Authentication and Integrations

Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Authentication and access to Instagram data via official APIs.
Google Authentication services.
Shopify E-commerce integration.
Calendly, Google Calendar, Airtable, Notion Optional integrations enabled by customers.

10. Cookie Consent Management

Consent Management Platform (CMP) Used to collect and manage user consent for cookies and tracking technologies.

11. Updates

We may update this list from time to time to reflect changes in our Subprocessors. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
